(20 mins, directed by Edward Owles, currently in post production)

A film portraying the polyphony and energy of the contemporary Haitian art scene through the voices of various writers, painters and sculptors. The film’s narrative was developed in close collaboration with a group of Haitian creatives, who are united by a desire to reframe perceptions of the country beyond common representations of victimhood. It presents a more nuanced, complex and local perspective than is often heard in mainstream media.
